Hi, @trainpal_go. You sold me return tickets with the pictured advise on what services I could travel on. One problem though, when I arrived at Victoria station to get the 21:37, there was no way for me use the route you sold me to get home (confirmed with the ticket office)

@toobbroadband engineer came to connect broadband today, now a bunch of our fuses have tripped and we've lost power in some of our rooms. Customer service saying it must be a coincidence because the engineer wouldn't leave it like that, but everything was working fine before!
