It's so important to ask Allah for forgiveness and to make your tongue busy with "Astagfirullah" (I seek forgiveness in Allah). Its a gift that Allah has blessed us with but sadly, alot of us don't recognise it.

Astagfirullah holds alot of importance and if we recite it continuously, it can literally change our lives. Reciting this erases your mountain size of sins, it removes anxiety, depression and all the worries and diseases of the heart.
