There's no active resolution even as on today. You guys pushed me to the brink and got the payment done upfront for the Fabric and Labour cost and no one turned up to pick up the sofa yet. This is pathetic @SupportWakefit @Ankit_AGarg

Purchased a recliner from you 1.5 yrs ago. The stitches are tearing up and when asked for a resolution CC says warranty for Fabric is for 1 year only. When asked to repair/refurbish it & the cost will be borne by me, still flatly refused for any help!

@ValueWithPrem @sjlazars Ethics should apply to Zomato too right? They charge double the money for the food ordered. More than 50% of the bill goes to them firstly by doubled food price, next rip off in the name of packing charges, platform fee etc.
