As a regular commuter spending ₹2500+ monthly, I’m disappointed with the rude behaviour of staff. I was denied a ₹100 recharge despite it still being available on the machine. Passengers deserve respectful treatment. Kindly work on staff behaviour. @OfficialDMRC
