Is there any logic to put 3 hour 50 minute in covering 93 km distance in between jhajha and barauni.

Its is a express train not a passenger train

Why there is always issue in movement of train in between darbhanga and barauni.
Traffic is not managed properly.

Intentionally some train are put on platform which would run 4 hour later and blocking space for incoming
