@IndiGo6E is losing the last bit of its customer experience. 6E898 from Kolkata to Delhi delayed, we finally disembarked 2hrs 35mins late (past midnight) they boarded passengers on the bus and made us wait for over 15mins - ground crew showed absolute no help to get things moving
@JM_Scindia, @DGCAIndia - there is a new process of fleecing customers on IndiGo. We cannot purchase coffee, tea, juice or drinks anymore on @IndiGo6E . They are now forcing customers to buy food if we want a drink. Changing carriage terms!
