@AirAsiaIndia is this how you guys put peoples travel in jeopardy? Send a mail with flight cancelled and resend a mail with booking confirmed.. and on day of travel, “surprise” I can’t checkin even tho I retrieve my booking.. what is this stupidity? @consumerforum_ please help.

Hello @British_Airways I cannot get in touch with customer service and chat bot not it not helpful at all, however am trying my best to get some answers for questions about travel to USA with Indian passport. Is transit via LONDON open these days?

Hello @KTRTRS sir, There are almost 100+ folks who are on same boat where they are waiting for their documents to be processed by USembassy Hyderabad for Dropbox application since July last week. Till date there is no update.Kindly help us in speeding up processing time.
