does this happen with you too?
there are nights when i struggle to fall asleep.
(this used to happen almost regularly half a year ago, but not anymore. it's just one or two nights a week these days... but it still catches me off guard.)
it's like my brain decides that 3 a.m. is the perfect time to hold every difficult conversation i've been avoiding.
and with every passing minute, my anxiety and my thoughts grow in equal proportion.
i don't really know how to get over it yet.
RE: COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT HIRE
We're hiring a Guest Outreach & Partnerships Manager.
If your brain naturally goes:
"That person would make for a fascinating conversation"
and your next thought is:
"I know how to get in touch with them"
this role might be for you.
You'll help us discover, reach out to, and book some of the most interesting people across business, culture, sports, media, and beyond.
Strong writing, research skills, media intuition, and persistence matter more than a fancy resume.
Faridabad (relocation required).
BIG PLUS POINT: Having an established network in the industry
PLEASE DM
A few months back, I published this guide on how to remember everything you read.
Re-sharing it here for anyone who finds these protocols useful.
