With all due respect @ACTFibernet has to improve service quality. No proper communication among yourselves. Once the due date is crossed Nobody seems to care about overdue tickets. It has been almost a month now that due date crossed. When are you planning to close? Next year?

@IncomeTaxIndia doesn't seem to have the same enthusiasm and aggression to process refunds as opposed to deducting tax in form of TDS from people's salary. It has been more than a week since I got refund failure intimation but not been updated yet on efilingportal.
