Social services Hammersmith and Fulham have literally kidnapped my elderly neighbour from the local hospital and shipped her all the way to Essex in a care home, isolating her from all family and friends. It's been four months now, and we've had no contact from social services.

What has happened to the NHS staff that they have to be so cruel I understand they are under paid and their service reflexes this but at the end of the day patients should not be at the receiving end as we need their service with a little bit of empathy and kindness.
