@pot8um Tbf i had the worst cold of my life a few weeks ago and tested negative so yes lets not forget about covid but lets also not forget that other viruses and illnesses exist too

Libel would also be covered though, although it is much more complicated, it would still require proof of the allegations being false and Medbud knowing they were false in order to cause any legal trouble.

@BighighBBJay @p_peached @MedBudUK It absolutely does. It would only class as slander if it was not already said. Since theres evidence of the information coming from sombody else, talking about alleged information would legally cover you.
