@TinyToothDDS You’re correct. Add in winter and wind and it’s even worse. Then the unknown of destination charging. Recently booked a hotel at the end of a 500 mile trip that advertised level 2 chargers. All 8 stalls were occupied the entire night. We need more and faster charging.

There is no impact to existing residential customers. Oracle & OpenAI are taking on all the electricity costs of the project. Regulators added an additional insurance requirement unlike any other state where data centers are being built. Even the power company is asking WI regulators to revisit this decision.
