@VIPNationEU hi, if I’ve bought tickets through Ticketmaster, am I able to upgrade them at one of your stalls at the venue on the day or can I upgrade them beforehand? For early entry etc.

@TicketmasterCS customer service is absolutely awful. Requested 3 days ago to upgrade my Post Malone tickets, their website wasn’t loading, and they have only just replied and the upgrades I wanted have since sold out. I have waited 8 years to see him and I am devastated. 😓😓

@shipshippy @TicketmasterCS Same here 😕 only wanted to upgrade my post malone tickets and then the tickets I wanted sold out yesterday/now say unavailable, I’m gutted, have waited nearly 8 years to see him 😓

@TicketmasterCS All I wanted to know is if I could upgrade to the Early Entry for Post Malone on 16th May, then hours later the website said the tickets were unavailable so I was asking if there were any left as I’ve been trying to upgrade mine for nearly 3 days now.

@TicketmasterCS I haven’t been able to submit a request as the site isn’t loading for me. I’ve spoken to a bot that said they will put me in contact with a person within 12-24 hours and it’s been nearly 48 hours. The concert is on Tuesday.

@TicketmasterCS hi there were loads of VIP Early Entry tickets to Post Malones dates and now suddenly it says they aren’t available. Are there any left at all? If not can I buy early entry separately?
