Pin was half in and not fully so it hadn’t been picked up riding. I also can’t rest on trip having to keep an eye on bike and if needs to be moved. Paying for a shoddy service

Thanks @tfwrail for awful service yet again. I specifically chose mark 4 service Cardiff to Holyhead as it has bike specific compartment. The guard couldn’t open the door! So it is in the area which can block access and also caused a puncture! Due to pin. Fuming
