@tamsingreenway I think you spoke about it on podcast over the summer - the super league and NGB still work separately. We’re getting better but to take that next step how do we further link & unify the role universities play and NPL and domestic leagues into the overall NGB’s strategies

@tamsingreenway Sounds basic but a united front? Although heavily established already, when the EPPP was born in football it represented a clear message and link to England at the top and an overall plan from the FA and PL into uniting clubs aside from competition

ACL reconstruction rehabilitation is not all about quad activation, squats and lunges. Full body movement, knee rom and loading patterns in gait must be addressed initially for the most effective recovery and to avoid the two steps forward one step back situation #ACL2021

3 years post/op I couldn’t agree with this statement anymore. I can squat until my life depends on it yet I still have to daily focus on loading in to gait. Those big upper leg muscles won’t save me on the netball court without solid foundations! 🙌🏻
