@EmLu1981 I feel the same.🤷‍♀️ I've done extra courses, been back to uni & work my arse off just to be a band 5 on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. I don't want to spend more time doing paperwork & less time with patients. Maybe I'll apply when my feet are too tired to run to crash calls.🏃‍♀️
