#IndiaAISummit2026 it is a major breakthrough for India's leading role in capturing AI advantages in all the key developmental sectors. At the same time, the major fears of youth losing jobs to be addressed with suitable solutions. First of all, the educational institutions are to be provided with the AI facilities and the faculties and students are to be trained in that way. Along with R&D spending in the area, the collaboration with the global tech giants to invest and train the youth in AI and fitting them in AI jobs will free them from the fear of future. Encouraging the educational institutions and students towards other core areas and generating the jobs in other manufacturing sectors might show the future with less uncertainty.

As per parliamentary committee report, almost 10% reduction in the campus placements and gradual reductions in packages even in top IITs from 2021-22 is matter of concern. Companies are preferring not to risk high packages on freshers.
