If I buy groceries worth ₹8k from a store. Instead of asking me to pay ₹8k in a single UPI transaction, the merchant asks me to make 4 payments of ₹1999 each & 1 final payment of ₹4. In that case would MDR still be applicable or would each transaction be treated separately ??

For ex, mine was;
Aadhar - Vignesh K
PAN - Vignesh Kumar

If your name is on the PAN card is not same as it appears on the Aadhaar card, you will have to face difficulties when you try to withdraw PF amount.
So change the name as per aadhar.
