BREAKING NEWS | The KZN High Court in Durban has ruled in favour of Lt-Gen Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi in his matter against businessman Calvin Mathibeli.
Mathibeli is ordered to retract all statements implying Mkhwanazi is corrupt or a criminal, or that he abuses police authority and orchestrates unlawful killings.
In the case of mainstream media interviews, he will have to utilise the same platforms to withdraw his statements and is prohibited from repeating them.
He is also liable for the costs relating to the court application.

The sheer brass balls of Lt General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi's press conference today leads to two main scenarios, for me:
1. He's in serious trouble and he's being proactive in dragging it out into the sunlight as protection, or
2. He's been given a very clear nod to do this from someone very, very high up.
Either scenario- the ANC treating the country like a bystander in its gangster activities again
🇺🇸REP. ANNA PAULINA LUNA PUSHES DEATH PENALTY FOR CHILD PREDATORS
2 of her 3 bills, all of which are being introduced in the 119th Congress, would require sentences of death or at least life imprisonment for those charged with a wide range of crimes related to children.
Rep. Luna:
"If you are raping someone, if you're molesting someone, you are essentially murdering their soul.
Those people never actually fully recover."
A third bill would mandate 30 years to life for adults convicted of rape or sexual abuse.
