@British_Airways - absolute shambles of an experience for my wife. You change our flights to Qatar and then refuse to change my wife's name despite a marriage certificate being shared on about 3 separate occasions! We travel in less than 2 weeks. #toflytofail help needed!

@British_Airways Thanks for coming back to me. Yes, that's correct. The booking was made with BA, you changed the flights to Qatar because you stopped flying to Dubai. Given you can easily change us to Qatar when it suits, surely you can amend the name on a One World partner booking?

@manairport @British_Airways - arrive at T3 today to find the lounge used for BA passengers has been closed. No prior communication, no staff to advise, no provision elsewhere, nobody has a clue. #shambles
