Back in 2019 at @India_CBC meetup, @baristaonbike brewed us a mind blowing cup of coffee. Then he blew our brains too when he told us that it was roasted in an OTG.

Fruit description: The fruits are round and burgundy color, almost purple. They have a distinctive aroma reminiscent of ripe jackfruit. The thin skin encloses a pulpy and fragrant mucilage, and the bean itself is small and round.
Original habitat: Coffea Racemosa is endemic to the coastal forests stretching from northern Kwa-Zulu Natal in South Africa, through Zimbabwe, and into Mozambique. It thrives in the wild, particularly in the coastal forests of Lake St Lucia.
Low caffeine: Coffea racemosa is naturally low caffeine content. We had our first taste of it at a species tasting event during the World Coffee Conference.

Coffee ripening in July?
Early ripening is not a common sight at Narmada Estate, but this year, the rains in December have forced many of our partner farms to deal with it. Drying the fruit in mid-monsoons is a challenge.
