@sprint has not educate their own sprint store employees.
Their forums have reports of the issue and they refuse to provide any real update. I hope @androidcentral can help bring some attention to this.

@androidcentral The galaxy s10+ is having Data LTE issues on the @sprint network which make the phone unusable. Sprint has no ETA on the issue. It might be a good idea to bring this to people's attention.

@sprintcare There are a large number of users seeing issues with LTE and the galaxy s10+. We are being told Samsung is working on a fix, however @SamsungMobileUS do not seem to know anything about it. What's the deal?
