@HellzRellzBlxr@angellailah_yG I can't imagine life being pleasant and easy enough to want to be alive. THAT'S something that seems rare and near impossible to have.
Go outside in bright sun right now. Light helps your body make more dopamine, the helper that lowers prolactin.
Eat something salty like chips or add salt to water. Salt fights prolactin too.
Munch protein food like eggs or nuts. Your body turns that into dopamine.
If you have zinc or vitamin D pills, take a normal dose. They help the same way.
@JobLaneUSA Great point. Low stomach acid + slow motility are common in hypothyroidism. The nervous system connection matters here too—vagal tone regulates both acid secretion and motility. Stress management supports thyroid function and digestion together.
Life is so beautiful back home that it's sad when people die. Then they act like no one has ever suffered like them because of grief. Well, you should've avoided letting life get too good so you wouldn't have to feel so bad when it's gone. #toxicpositivity#chronicillness
People forget to mention the that no matter how hard you try to be interesting or talented, you'll still live a lonely isolated life. Byt you still soend all your mental energy trying to figure out how to be #goodenough. #loneliness#chronicillness#cabinfever
It seems we're at a time in world history where we have to indulge in grief and pain, always "celebrating life on a sinking ship" because our ship is going to keep sinking our entire lives. There is no happy peaceful world. #toxicpositivity#chronicillness#loneliness#anhedonia
@HowieHardcore@11Architect11 He said this "a lot of people seem confused and think that type of orgasm requires directly touching the cervix or some aspect of deep penetration but it is largely steady firm pressure & friction & movement that doesn't require penetration at all."
Other people who have connective tissue disorders or autoimmune disorders: is it normal if u do 2 much (I cleaned the toilet) to get so fatigued that u can't think at all & get bad headaches if you try? My rheumatologist always looks at me like I have a 3rd head when I tell her.
Positive thinking and #gratitude have made me think I should embrace the destruction to my body and actually see it as something I prefer. Because who wants to be normal and health? They're not happy either! #toxicpositivity#chronicillness
