But then there was the minimum wage, sure start centres, you could see your GP, schools could buy some books, equalities act, and the economy was steady for 10 years.

@chavalier_gb @SaHreports I don’t like the idea of denying others the chance to move to improve their own opportunities. Seems mean.
With regards to overseas nurses I’m aware anecdotally that some are specifically attracted to the profession because of the opportunities it creates to work abroad.

@chavalier_gb @SaHreports Yes the U.K. should train more nurses and make the profession more desirable. Unfortunately nurses burserys were cut, tuition fees were charged and wages frozen.
