My blood sugar is weak, blood pressure decreased, etc. All because i didn't eat properly with right calories needed. Can't imagine bella who's been doing it for so long

@babyysweetal Yes happened to my cousin. Dari kecil disuruh & dibiarin makan dgn porsi banyak. Skrg tanteku suka ngomel2 nyuruh dia diet & berakhir selalu gagal. Didaftarin gym with pt pun ga ngaruh karna susah ngerubah habit dari kecil

My main concern isn't the tunjang tp porsi dia. Anak kaya gini besarnya bakal susah untuk makan porsi normal. Dan awas aja sampe ortunya pas dia gede maksa2 dan ngomelin dia buat diet. Lah kan yg membangun habitnya kalian?
