@Swiggy what is this fraud? I order from 'Bolt' restaurant for 15 mins delivery. As soon as I made the payment it shows delivery in 65 minutes.
I went to cancel the order, the chatbot wasted my time in cancelling and now it's saying i will be charged a cancellation fee!
@SwiggyCares@Swiggy In that case, my Swiggy app shouldn't promise a 15 minutes delivery. If my location is far away, then this restaurant shouldn't be shown in the bolt category for me. I am not going to check the distance of each and every restaurant mentioned in the 'Bolt' section before ordering.

The restaurants mentioned in the bolt section deliver under 15 mins. As soon as I made the payment it showed 65 minutes and now you are not even cancelling my order.

@flyspicejet my flight sg 164 is showing at 12:05 am and there is no sign of boarding only. It's still showing 12:05 at the airport but there is no staff only at the boarding gate. If your flight is delayed, own up to your errors and atleast give real time updates at th airport.

We are idiots that we come to the airport on time and after reaching your staff informs(that too after asking them) and still the boarding hasn't only started.
@flyspicejet Flight (SG251) is so much delayed! Worst service ever! No communication, no coordination! My wife is travelling and she has had the worst experience in the flight. It hasn't yet landed.
@aniruddhahah@flyspicejet@aniruddhahah Brother we really need to stand-up for this together. Worst service from any airlines is given by @flyspicejet . People are really suffering! They are changing timings as per their convenience. Boarding pass and tickets have different timings.
@flyspicejet what is this non-sense and fraud? The flight (SG251) time mentioned in the ticket as 00:50 whereas in boarding pass it's written 2:20am. If the delay was already known by you all then why was there no communication from your team? This is serious fraud!

Also how come the timings mentioned on the ticket is different from boarding pass?

@flyspicejet@flyspicejet Are you taking travellers for granted? Yes the link you shared mentions 700 but the screenshot I shared mentions 600. How am I supposed to know which link to refer as both are official spice jet websites.
