Why in AY24-25 they disallowed rebate even after they themselves changed utility after high court order?

@onlyequities @narendramodi @nsitharaman @Infosys_GSTN In one of my client case officer has imposed 20k penalty for 500rs tax issue. He was adamant that penalty too I will impose as I have to increase my tax collection. These officers basically need some bribe or else go for appeal which has other legal cost as well

@ipo_agarwal Actually they are right..they manage alternative investment funds, so we will become shareholder of amc company only. Whatever return is earned on aif will belong to investors of aif only? Could u pls share ur thoughts on it, like what's wrong here?

@KamathGurudutt I know sir that I need to take .8 to 1 gram protein per kg of my body weight. But for vegetarian it's literally hard to complete ur protein requirement without taking supplements.

@ca_onlygain Sir most of applications were received at base level and allotment would also be highest at base level. So isn't our probability is high at base level itself? Just wanted to know ur thought process.
