‼️Madras High Court says no OBC reservation to muslims‼️

Quoting the Prophet, the Madras High Court held that a person converting to Islam cannot claim the status of a backward-class Muslim, while declaring a 2024 Tamil Nadu government order granting reservation in such cases unconstitutional.

The court held that categorising certain sects as “backward” & the rest as “forward” is antithetical to Quranic injunctions.
