1. Today after years i visited lenskart Phoenix Marketcity Bangalore for pair of glasses.
2. Did eye test - all good there!
3. Selected the frames and then arrived for billing.
@dominos_india@dominos Please teach some professionalism to your small city outlet guys, they literally kept the phone receiver aside. I tried them 40 to 50 times, canโt reach them.

Dispatch is not the only issue, how about the price difference in online vs store and fooling the customer around on wrongful information and charging a hefty price?

17. My conclusion is Lenskart stores are totally cheating the customers and in app they have different options to confuse people.
