@Yatra_Care @YatraOfficial I’m disappointed with this response. I have already sent more than 10 emails to your support team, yet after over a week you are still “reviewing” this. The flight was cancelled by @flyspicejet . Please expedite the refund and provide a clear timeline.

I also raised an AirSewa grievance (CF959965) regarding this cancelled flight and refund, but there has been no resolution or meaningful response.
Despite repeated follow-ups my refund remains pending. Request @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia to intervene and ensure my refund is processed.
