- Automatic provisioning per agent class, e.g. user CoS agents vs. account agents vs. something else
- Every class gets a goal, e.g. a sales CoS agent has quota goals and proactively drives them
- Self-learning loops for goals/business outcomes for each agent class

@ipezyGJ Synthetic set was just 66 account scenarios, and each account can map to multiple playbooks. I had to build a lot of tooling middleware that made the routing logic more deterministic - through repeated evals and development. All that goes away now!
