I never subscribed, opted in, or activated this service.
To make it worse, the option to raise a support ticket has been removed from the app & website.
This looks like unauthorized billing /dark-pattern subscription

I stopped using @HathwayBrdband few months ago. I'm not even using their router or modem anymore, they are free to collect the device as I have already filled the form for router collection twice. Still they are constantly harassing through calls and mails to submit these devices

How good can a service be?
When already fustrated my its service, after entering the captcha and otp for multiple times finally entered the chat session with @AxisBank support and the reults were really amazing to blow the mind even of a yogi. Spent last 2 hours, still unresolved
