Worst experience with HBL. Transaction failed on 16th June, but money was deducted from my account. Helpline says their system isn’t working, and it’s been 3 days with no response to my email. Extremely poor customer service. #HBL @HBLPak @StateBank_Pak @HBLCare

When i try to register complaint regarding my issue, Hbl helpline telling me to send email we can't resolve issue, when i send email they reply, contact helpline. This is @HBLCare for you. @HBLPak #HBL

Worst experience with HBL. Aplied for Home Loan on 8 May26. Months wasted, no progress. Branch says approved But No offer letter from HO. After complaint, now told process restarts from 1 June if you provide new Set of Docs. @HBLCare @HBLPak @StateBank_Pak @PakPMO #HBL @pmln_org
