@PaytmBusiness we are using paytm business for last 1.5 half year. Due to issue with our accountants computer, we lost all the paytm reports namely transaction report, settlement report, and refund report of FY 2025 - 26. As per apps system, we are not able to retrieve reports
That amt was also adjusted today morning towards loan account. Hold was removed and again just now received msg from SBI that hold of 1Lakh has been put because emi is over due. Are your guys drunk in our dry state?

Paid on time and reflect in the statement. Even you reported to CIBIL that April is overdue. Also put an hold of 2 lakh where as the short payment was just of 6k. Lastly 19th May amt again deposited for 20th may emi. Even though there was hold.
From now on I will only pay for deliveries after opening the packet. Else will refuse them. I still have 2 more items for now which is in the delivery channel.

@myntra bought a levis jeans and but got lawman. Raised exchange with issue as wrong item delivered. Delivery agent came for exchanges, opened the packet and said item is mismatched and should be a levis jeans. Do you guys even check the reason for exchange?
It doesn't matter if my item gets exchanged or not. I will anyhow throw it or give it to someone else but @myntra you need to seriously work on you customer service. Be it customer handling, your chatbot or your IVRS.
@amazonIN ordered a product twice from your website, and both the times, delivery agent called but did not deliver the product and then marked on his app that I was unavailable. And the best part, both the times when I complained, the chat agent says, the product is damaged.

Every day in the morning they say that the disbursement will be done today and in the evening it is that it is not possible today, we will do it tomorrow. Same was happening during Sanction and now same is happening at time of disbursement.
We have call recording for all the conversation. The bank is deliberately delaying release of my funds. Also call from official handle is asking to take down the post even without providing satisfactory answers
@IDFCFIRSTBank writing 2nd time on X. After numerous mails, bank not providing copies of my cheque. Manager Amreshwar of Boring Road, Patna branch not giving correct email of himself. Account yet freezed and not allowing withdrawing fund.
Bank staffs earlier asked 4 undertaking that with reason that why cheques bounced and on call informed me that they have recd. approval for account unfreeze but again after 2 days said that since I posted the issue on social media and wrote to @RBI, they will now close the acc.
