Flight 6E-933 DEL→PNQ was 3+ hrs late Took off at 11:45 PM landed 2:10 AM & passengers were then trapped inside the aircraft for ~1 hour because you had no ladder available
Its 3 AM and we still cant deboard

Please level these drainage holes properly. When it rains, water may accumulate in the area surrounding this and the elevated drain hole won't be visible to 2 wheelers.
May cause accidents.
