The stories we've grown up hearing since childhood, coming alive so beautifully on the big screen… makes me so happy. ❤️
Ranbir, Yash, Sai Pallavi… magical. ❤️❤️❤️

Ramayana Movie Review: 🌟🌟🌟🌟
What a breathtaking visual spectacle! 🙏Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine Indian cinema pulling off something on this scale, with jaw dropping visuals and exhilarating action sequences!
Watched Format: IMAX 3D ( on real IMAX screen , not digital IMAX)
Ramayana has always been a part of our growing-up years. We’ve heard the story in so many different ways from our grandmother telling us their
Excerpts from the Ramayana saga, the iconic television serial, and more recently, infamous Om Raut’s Adipurush.
So when Namit Malhotra announced Ramayana, our initial thought was, okay, this guy owns DNEG Studios, so perhaps he’s just attempting another lavish, big-budget adaptation.
But surprisingly, the adaptation is very good!
For the cinephile in you watching big Hollywood movies and always wondered, “Why can’t one of our Indian mythological epics be mounted on this scale and stand in the same league?” - this is your dream come true visually.
Sticking to a faithful adaptation while delivering world-class visuals, Namit Malhotra and Nitesh Tiwari have delivered a good output. Only complaint is slow paced. Ofcourse divine story cannot be told as fictional or fantasy pace - understandable.
The 3D effects are super cool, the animation is outstanding, and the overall production quality is honestly good
A.R. Rahman and Hans Zimmer‘s BGM is needless to say world class.
Yash as Ravana steals the show! Without him, especially those menacing eyes, the character of Ravana wouldn’t have shaped up this well. Personally, I initially thought Yash might be an odd pick for Ravana. But man, he absolutely killed it! He is outstanding.
And Ranbir Kapoor is too good as Rama! He carries Lord Rama’s pain and innocence exceptionally well. Sai Pallavi as Sita is good, though her performance is relatively understated.Rakul preet singh as shoorphanakha good
Some of the outstanding sequences include Ravana’s grand entry, the climax Jatayu fight, and the demon fight during Surpanakha’s attempt to lure Rama. There are many other episodes that subtly build up to a world-class cinematic scale.
Of course, there are a few slow portions, especially the lengthy episode where Rama is asked to go into Vanavasam. That sequence takes a while and slows down the proceedings. In second half panchavati scenes are apparently slow. However, the director makes sure that almost every 20 minutes, we are treated to some grand visuals.
The creatures created, the wonderland brought to life, and the sheer scale of the world-building are simply outstanding.
This is India’s answer to world-class cinema! There are lot of elements appeal to Gen Z audience too in terms of quality making. Just prepare for slow pacing rest all marvellous. Highly recommended for entire family in biggest possible format.
Take your kids and proudly show our mythology, our tradition. This is THE CINEMA

#RRRMovie A SSR Mark Commercial Blockbuster!
The movie lives up to expectations and crosses them in multiple parts of the movie. SSR is the master at giving emotional highs and he has done it again! The photography and BGM is perfect for the film and worked well.

@GemsOfWood Majority of South people can understand Hindi, so they often prefer to watch in original-language. In contrast, many North Indians rely on dubbed versions of south films because they can’t distinguish Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam cinema.
@AitheyEntii he took lot of time just to start the shoot, spent like around 2-3 years for script and planning now It makes sense.
For RRR and BB may be 1 - 2 years.
