Hi @ICICIBank , I am pretty much disappointed with your service. During the account opening, it was mentioned my card was LTF and now I am incurring charges. Also when I tried to reach out to my RM, I was not getting any response from the last 5 days.

@zomato @zomatocare Ordered mushrooms received Cauliflower and they are refunding partially when I ordered a combination of my preference.

You can't send me the wrong items and let me know partially refunded. I don't care if other products are delivered, if I ordered 2+ things should be delivered accordingly if anything is missing or wrong I am not going to pay as I order it with my preference. @zomato @zomatocare

This is quite frustrating @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel thanks app suggested that I use the Airtel bank for transactions. I added the money in Airtel bank now I am unable to recharge my number. @RBI please ensure these kind of banks should be strictly regulated.

There is a big in @Flipkart ,because of which the usage fee is ₹15 instead of ₹10 as specified in the t&c.I have paid the amount with a usage fee (₹10).Kindly wave off the ₹5 and ₹60 convenience charge because of your bug. I contacted the support and they don't have any clue
