from 15 days no delivery attempt were able to made on that.but withing just one day of post RTO gor iniriated just because extra money was debited from my account. ALL ARE FRAUD

My Parcel is marked as NDR on 6th of and its still on same , even after multiple emails tickets follpwup calls no one is even re-attempting or returning back my parcel. You customer response teams are of worst and useless. RETUEN ME MY PRODUCT ASAP

Worst Backend services you have, even the assigned managers are of no use.
My parcel is being delayed delivery continuously with your partner. Packges goes out of delivery but never delivered through out the day, marked as NDR and next day also not getting delivered.

Even after raising multiple ticket with support team still they are not getting delivered nor they help in any way just keeprainh escalation ticket

Please do something we are all stuck in Havelock.. flight will be out of operations from 16 th and in case we miss tomorrow's flight the next available flights are costing sky high prices ...

Nobody from tourism department or official body is concerned about the tourists here. No peoper information is even available

Trying to get in touch with your customer team but non of them is able to resolve my queries from past 1 week. Multiple incident raised but no resolution.Getting same repeated responce " your Query will be resolved in next 24 hr" It's been 1 Week now.
