Booked rail tickets on 20 Apr (not confirmed) & 25 Apr (1 confirmed, 5 waiting list).It's been 4+ days and refunds for cancelled bookings haven't arrived. Refund status shows nothing.

Please take ownership and resolve this ASAP.

As per my understanding, waitlisted tickets are automatically cancelled after chart preparation and refund should be processed without filing a TDR.

In my case, 5 tickets were waitlisted and got cancelled, so why is TDR required?
