@skiy7 @b_shiksha @TajHotels I am sorry to be blunt it was not Taj’s fault,it was your fault to not check with the property by calling first and just showing up with entire family at the door feeling entitled to access without any reservation and when told to book ahead- blame them for lack of hospitality
