@Wooden_street Order has been packed from Nov 15 and no dispatch. Customer care just says delivery is for 5-7 weeks. What’s the point of packing a shipment and not sending it when your store guy checked ans committed delivery in 3-4 days.

@amazonIN Hi Amazon team, I had placed 2 return pickup requests. No one has come to pick it up and your delivery agent updates as return pickup failed. I’m moving out of the current place in next 2 days. Need urgent pick up.

Items are always marked delivered even when they are not. Happened in last 2 orders. Current one shows delivered yesterday- but nothing was delivered.

@amazonIN @WakefitCo Order ID 402-9318594-9565948 cancelled by wakefit due to their incompetence, 2 weeks ago. With no proper communication. No refund issued till date. Seriously pathetic customer service.

@AmazonHelp Auto cancellation of order message was sent by wakefit on 18-June. Almost 25 days have crossed and no refund has come back to me on this.

@AmazonHelp Wakefit is claiming that the refund has been processed. Whereas the bank is not showing any refund. To verify the same with the bank, transaction/ref ID is needed which wakefit still has not provided. This has become such a terrible experience.

The order still has not been cancelled on the order page. There have been no updates from either amazon or wakefit on this. This is a prepaid order since May. Can Amazon pls expedite this. Don’t want to deal with wakefit’s incompetent support team
