It's been more than 5 days since I filed a complaint in consumer helpline. Despite trying to connect with customer care executive, refund is still pending and there is only one reply wait for 48 hours. It's too much to tolerate

I cancelled my Delhi to Mumbai Indigo flight scheduled on 7th December with PNR L86EFT. I made the cancellation on 6th Dec and was told by the executive that I will get refund within 24-48 hours but still refund is pending. @IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia please follow up. #IndiGoCrisis

I have to travel by train 12834 from Belpahar to Raipur then I have to change the train at Raipur to travel to Mumbai by train 22947. It is very frustrating that 12834 is running late by more than 5 hours and it seems impossible to reach Raipur by 6.30 pm.
