🚨 New Scam Alert by @zomato 🚨
We signed pay-per-click ad campaigns (ID: 31043076 & 31043083) with a clear start & end date: 1 Nov–30 Nov.
Yet Zomato is secretly extending the campaign without consent claiming “budget not exhausted.”
📌 But their own Help Center & T&C say ads CANNOT be extended beyond agreed tenure.
📌 Official emails from @zomato confirmed the ads ended on 30 Nov (twice!).
📌 Desktop dashboard shows inactive, mobile app shows active. End date changes daily (now 9 Dec).
➡️ This isn’t confusion.
This is deception designed to force us to pay more.
Stop scamming restaurants.
We demand accountability.

Pictures uploaded by the customer PROVE this.
Still, Zomato gave a REFUND claiming “wrong item delivered.”
