@CaRajulAgrawal Rather than giving optout drctly to november... y cant they give 2nd cycle of exm and conduct nov attempt in December?. So that Nov attmpt will not b loosed and Students who wish to optout can also appear in this july 2nd cycle exam if ICAI gives that option
