Still no resolution: Heritage Fashion and Vitalyx remain locked PRIVATE despite Behance finding no policy violation. Please escalate.

@Behance @AdobeCare My appeal was reviewed on Oct 23 and Adobe confirmed no policy violation. My profile was restored, but 2 projects Heritage Fashion and Vitalyx are still locked PRIVATE. I can't change visibility. Ticket #1310172 (Oct 27) remains unanswered. Please fix this.
