@EtihadHelp had a very bad exprence at the bgage drop at BLR terminal T2. The lady handling the brdng passes & bgage drop absolutely didn't know how to speak to cstmers and was very very rude and didn't know how to behave at all. I hope this doesn't affect the quality of Ethihad
