@JayaGup10 Completely agreed. High Token costs without seeing any measurable ROI in the short-term is forcing tons of companies to assess open-source models.

A Claude co work equivalent but open-source in a secure harness would be the play imho.

@takeiteasyUrvy I’ve spent a little time on this. Tracking is easy, any LLM can make a dashboard. The input is the hard part. Best way is to use a telegram bot & send voice notes of what you’ve spent and it automatically updates a master sheet and your dashboard gets updated as well.
