Glad to have partnered with @sg_must @MUST_Guild_MoH of @MbararaUST with whom we skilled the girls on how to make reusable pads, gave both reusable & disposable pads. We also provided bins for proper menstrual waste disposal & because we love the environment. #endperiodpoverty

It is important to teach girls how to track their menstrual cycle, that way they are better prepared. Our tracking expert @_babykay1 gave a lovely session that the girls were glad to be a part of. Now they can track their period, wherever they are & can carry pads days prior.

-The girls were so happy to have us as we freely talked about menstruation & addressed their most pressing issues. Our beautiful volunteer, knows that cramps can be such a pain & gladly showed us the exercises she usually does to get relief. Everyone was glad to join in! What fun
