@JetBlue Assistance was definitely needed! I have a letter, pictures and a video I’d like to share illustrating the dysfunction that we experienced. Who should I forward it to? This lack of care for your JetBlue customers can not continue. My flight was 1660 and we paid $2k for our ticket
@JetBlue -12 hour delay at Kingston, Jamaica airport with NO communication at all from JetBlue staff…UNACCEPTABLE! Children and elderly people in wheelchairs..AWFUL!
