@ChillVibeswSam i do not fully get 209-vibes but i think by adding captions you can relate your project to something like yingelishi since it already has a cultural aspect! the draft already has the anti-lecture component because of the way that culture is showcased

@ChillVibeswSam the message of this project is to combine the creation of a mexican desert with history/cultural significance of mexican music. one thing i would like to see added is perhaps captions; perhaps this can be the lyrics of he song, simple music notes, or how-to for the cake

@Isamortt messing with audio may enhance ur project like adding applause around 7:00, or maybe some silence around 6:30 where you describe how it was hard to get your words out. overall, i really enjoyed this rough draft and i think ur in the right direction :)!

@Isamortt i also think this draft turns the notion of lecture on its head since you are talking a lot about your personal experiences and you r/Reality. another thing i liked was the included captions of general info about SM while you talked about ur specific story relating to that fact!

@Isamortt the message of this project was to contrast a grwm with your experiences with SM, one of my favorite aspects of this project is the youtbe screenshots which gives me DLMBL vibes with each screenshot acting like the TV static in the book.

@v_atrii7 I think something that can be added is perhaps captions to tell us the steps of making the coffee or some music to help set a tone. all in all, i cant wait to watched the finished project :D

@v_atrii7 it is clear that this project considers r/Reality as something that is constructed because not everyone makes coffee in the same exact way + it is slightly difficult to see how you make the coffee which adds a 209 aspect to this projec also

@v_atrii7 i also enjoyed how your actions while making coffee matched the audio of you talking about golf, some examples is the swinging @ 0:22 and @ 0:30 when you showed the coffee cup instead of a ball. overall, everything feels cohesive and well thoughtout

@v_atrii7 i find it interesting that you gave your visual portion a balck and white filter and made it look similar to a comic while talking about something very complex, this mix of simplicity and complexity reminds me of the media is message and shares a similar style to the book!

@31Holder6668 the historical aspect of how yoga came about reminded me of shield's reality hunger because of how random the information felt on top of the get ready with me. between now and ltmp2 i think you should focus on adding images that evoke ur mood. overall very great job :)

@31Holder6668 i think it would be cool to play around with your choice of photos to build the mood. for example, i felt the photo @ 1:38 was sudden/felt out of place. However images of yoga poses could help the listener visualize what you are talking about. but i liked the image at the end!

@31Holder6668 I do enjoy the silence @ 0:42 as I feel it matches the mood of relaxation and self-care very well and does not cut into a new idea, therefore the lack of speech is not always a bad thing and can be utilized very well in your project!

this makes me realize that i want to add more complexity into my video to make it more engaging, and i want to play with reality by using different effects, maybe by making certain scenes blurry and confusing so the watcher won’t catch on until the end #hwa8
